Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of any pending KYC verification.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by 36jlapp may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
36jlapp reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 36jlapp will notify registered players via email to their registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
